Vi har en valutakonverteringsdropdown ved siden af produktprisen, som kan konvertere standardbeløbet i DKK og give envejledendeprisi andre valutaer. Alle ordrer afgives i danske kroner (DKK), og det endelige beløb, der opkræves hos kunderne, afhænger af den valutakonvertering, der foretages af kundens bank.

1. Afgivelse af din ordre
Inden du går videre til betaling, kan du gennemgå din ordre (inklusive den samlede pris inklusive moms og forsendelsesomkostninger) og foretage ændringer, hvis det er nødvendigt. Du er bundet af din ordre fra det øjeblik, du accepterer LUBILUs online tilbud, og de deri fastsatte betingelser er opfyldt (når ordren er afgivet og betalingen bekræftet på hjemmesiden). Bemærk, at ordren ikke er gyldig, hvis LUBILU ikke kan bekræfte den fakturerings- og leveringsadresse, du har angivet.
Vi sælger kun varer, som vi har på lager. Produkter kan blive udsolgt under shopping-sessionen, og lagerbeholdningen opdateres, når du når til kassen. Bemærk, at alle priser og produktoplysninger på kleinstudio.dk kan ændres.
2. betaling
Onlinebutikken er kun tilgængelig for kunder, der har fået udstedt et gyldigt kreditkort af et kortudstedende selskab, som LUBILU online accepterer. Vi accepterer følgende kreditkort: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA Electron og American Express. Du skal angive betalingsoplysninger, som du erklærer og garanterer er gyldige og korrekte, og du bekræfter, at du er den person, der er angivet i de leverede faktureringsoplysninger.
Det samlede ordrebeløb reserveres på dit betalingskort, indtil vi har afsendt din ordre fra vores lager. LUBILU kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for eventuelle valutakursændringer eller valutakurser, som en bank måtte have ved veksling af de valutaer, vi tilbyder.
We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. Then you will pay your monthly installments on the last weekday for three months onwards, beginning from next month.
No fees and interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will terminate automatically.
3. order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Check you spam-filter if you haven’t received it after 30 min.
4. changes in your order
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact LUBILU customer service immediately at info@lubilucooenhagen.com.
CLAIMS
As a customer you have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you have found the defect.
For faulty items LUBILU will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

The personal information you forward to LUBILU will only be used in order to fulfil the undertakings LUBILU have and to assure you the best service. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
